About Bamboo Root
Bamboo root is a a sustainable wood source. It is hard wearing and weatherproof and has an attractive wood grain that lends itself to making animal figures.
These carvings are individually carved, making each one unique, with its own personality.

All carvings can be kept both indoors and outside in the garden or patio and are coated in weatherproof oil. If kept outdoors their wood protector should be maintained after a year. We recommend using Danish oil, available in hardware stores.
